Teapot.Chat is held together by the shared belief that the internet is by the users and for the users first and foremost.
We strive to offer a platform, and a place to meet (even going by the name of our main channel - #lounge) on the internet free of corporate meddling and prodding.
Hence, so long the users aren't braking any laws and/or being a threat or nuisance to other users, we offer them said space.
Moreover, indirectly, we offer tangential services such as email, UNIX hosting, website hosting, code/programming collaboration platforms...etc free of charge.
We sincerely hope that our efforts, however minuscule will help provide a voice for you and us on the internet.
